Enneagram Coaching Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the undersigned client ("Client") and [AngieMeyerCoachingLLC] ("Coach") for participation in Enneagram Coaching.

1. Program Description

The Client is purchasing Enneagram Coaching, which includes:

  • 6 individual coaching sessions

  • Each session is 60 minutes in length

  • Sessions will be conducted virtually via Zoom

2. Payment Terms

The total investment for Enneagram Coaching is $600 per week, billed weekly, for the duration of the program. Payments will be processed automatically on a weekly basis until full payment for the six sessions has been received.

Failure to make payments as scheduled may result in suspension or termination of services at the discretion of the Coach.

3. Scheduling & Rescheduling

  • The Client will schedule sessions via the Coach’s provided scheduling link.

  • All rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

  • Sessions not rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice may be forfeited at the Coach’s discretion and will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Technology Issues

  • If technical difficulties arise (e.g. internet outages, Zoom platform issues, etc.) that prevent either party from participating in a scheduled session, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the Client.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to missed sessions, dissatisfaction, or early termination of the program by the Client.

6. Confidentiality

The Coach agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding all personal and sensitive information shared by the Client during coaching sessions, except as otherwise required by law.

7. Limitation of Services

Coaching is a professional relationship designed to facilitate the creation and development of personal or professional goals. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, medical advice, or financial advice.

The Client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any decisions, actions, or results stemming from coaching.

8. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By purchasing Enneagram Coaching, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
